1-Objectives of data handling
Personal data collected through the application form will be used for institutional purposes, including operations related to the membership of US ACLI association, insurance management, as well as, if expressly permitted, promotional communications inherent to services and initiatives proposed at any level from US ACLI and bodies related to the institution.
US ACLI reserves the possibility to produce, in the course of events and/or sporting events, audio/video material (for example, films, interviews, photographs, slides) to be used to promote activities and the practice of sport. The images produced, and more generally, personal data contained in this material, will be processed only if expressly permitted.
2. Terms of handling
The handling of data collected through the application form, as well as the images, will be done both manually and automatically, based on the requirements and operations performed.
In both cases DANZEN and US ACLI ensure compliance with the safety requirements of articles 31 e ss. del D.Lgs. 196/2003.
3. Compulsory and optional supply of data
The data collected through the application form is strictly necessary to complete the admission procedure as an associate and member of the US ACLI and the activation of the insurance for the practice of sporting activities: these operations can not be made in its absence.
The provision of images is purely optional; therefore, if you prefer not to be recorded or filmed, DANZEN and US ACLI will not collect, if possible, your image, nor will use audiovisual material in which you appear.
4. Third parties
Your personal data collected through the application form will be forwarded to the Provincial Committee of US ACLI and its national headquarters for the completion of the enrollment process and the insurance management. The data may also be disclosed to the public administrations, for the performance of their official duties within the limits established by law and regulations, as well as third parties such as insurance companies or banks, to assist US ACLI in carrying out its activities. To carry out promotional activities, your personal data may be disclosed, only if expressly consented, to all facilities covered by the US ACLI statute, as well as to other institutions linked to it.
Such information will not be subject to disclosure.
The audio-visual material produced in the course of events and/or sporting events will be distributed and/or disseminated through any media, either for free or paid, depending on the promotional nature of US ACLI.
The data controller is US ACLI, with headquarters in Via G. Marcora 18/20 – 00153 Rome, in the person of the temporary legal representative of the association.
